3d Star Wars Index Page

This is a very weird request. I'm looking to get an index website created that displays
a clone trooper model that's head follows your mouse wherever it goes on the page.
The index would also have buttons that link to other things, etc. This is very hard to explain over a forum post
Please add me if you are interested and for more information! I'm guessing this would use some sort of js lib?
I'm not too sure. Maybe what I want is impossible. I'm not too sure
