3X Boss Fight Areas

Need 3x Boss Fight Areas/Arenas for my sb server. Different themes as I'll list below. Not looking to pay ridiculous amounts of money, nor do I need a massive arena.

Boss 1: Odin (Royal setting in sky, almost like Asgard)
Boss 2: Loki (Can do pretty much anything with this as long as its a flat area)
Boss 3: Surtur~ fire giant (Burning landscape, sort of like nether, also needs to be tall enough for him to stand)

Again, no ridiculous massive detailed builds with huge prices.
