Outdated source code but yes that is my project. If you look closely you'll notice both user names are the same and I use bitbucket to host the wiki and issue tracker.

I've been told this before, this is a 3 year old plugin though, what are envoys?

I have been working very hard on the plugin! A new update will be out in a couple days and the sale will end (new price will be $8.50)
This update will not only include various efficiency and compatibility updates, but a whole new mechanic for falling meteors. Meteors will now be 100% animated (instead of just the crash and burrowing) and will fall from the sky. There will also be a whole new round of configuration elements, and more! Stay posted.
