I've created a server spawn / hub for somebody, but I haven't heard from my customer in well over a month, so I've decided to try to sell it here.

I own this map and the permissions to sell it. Nobody has received the files from me. The map was created on my private building server, and I am able to prove this to any customer on Skype via screenshare. If you want to take a look at it before you buy it, screenshare is also an option.
