40-60 playerbase server

The server has around a 40+ playerbase on weekends)

It used to be 70-130+ during summer.

The server has prison skyblock, factions, kitpvp, creative, a skywars server that is not LIVE, but 100% done.

The builds are all custom.

It comes with 4 domains. (One is pretty OG)

I'm looking for around 6k for the bin as 2k/month *3 = 6k. which is what i was told the appraisal was.

Bad server. Players are LQ. This skid is a LQ hackforums member that advertised this on other hf servers.

players are no where near HQ. Players are active on teamspeak, forums, and in game. I dont advertise. So quit crying about that.
