Overview
I am looking for a Discord bot developer who is able to create a Spigot Premium Resource Buyer Verification Discord bot for my Discord server, which will be used for verifying customers so my staff members can assist them without me being online and verifying them manually.

Requirements
  • Coded in JDA (Java Discord API).
  • Source code access and rights to modify.
  • ID-based. Use Spigot profile IDs and Discord user IDs. Please don't store things by name.
  • Listen to a "verification" channel where the user can type their SpigotMC username.
  • The bot should check if the username is valid and their profile is public.
  • The bot should check if they have purchased at least 1 premium resource from me.
  • After those checks, the bot will start checking their Spigot profile posts every couple of seconds and look for a specific verification code, which was sent in the verification channel.
  • The bot will stop searching for profile posts after 2 minutes and post an expiration message in the verification channel.
  • The bot should check if the profile post was made by the actual owner of the account.
  • Once account ownership has been verified, they will receive roles based on the premium plugins they have purchased. A success message is sent in the verification channel.
  • A whois command. Arguments can either be !whois <@discord mention> or !whois <spigot username>. The command will display the Discord and Spigot account of the user, as well as a list of the premium plugins they have purchased.
  • An easy to understand YAML configuration is preferred.
  • I have a MySQL database, if needed. You can also store flat files.
Time Frame
The project must be completed within 2-4 weeks. Negotiable.

You are not required to cover hosting. I am willing to pay up to $40 for this bot.
