My budget is pretty low currently, Im looking to start with something small, then later upgrade. Im looking for only 16GB, and protection would be needed.

No, OVH doesn't surprisingly. Though the support is bad so you should know what you're doing. Simple stuff most of the time.

Michael, thank you for the recommendation, though as shown on our website we do not offer any EU locations. We also do not resell dedicated servers and we own and colocate them in United States datacenters.
