Evidence has been submitted to paypal - I realize it was quoted to be finished in two days, in which it wasn't. You knew it wasn't going to be when the day came around and were just going over additional changes the other day.

I bought an Xenforo skin about a year ago for 75$, it only got half finished. Once I messaged him he said he would also include a web portal for the time we lost, which also never got done.

I've mentioned this several times to him over the past year and it has been easily disregarded. His themes may look great, and don't doubt his skill, though I would be careful of his reliability.

I think there is a lack of understanding here, Ive got all my proof submitted with proper evidence, that this indeed was a payment for a virtual product - I had the final changes ready to be pushed over it was a holiday. Again Ive got better things to do then go back and forth with someone whom just claimed the removed my code and yet its still accessible, thats great proof to further my case.

You revoking my access on a holiday without me replying isn't something I can control the changes that you told me you wanted pushed over thursday were ready to be moved over in a moments notice. But id rather fight the chargeback with someone like you whom just pulls the trigger like that, and uses excuses like me going over a deadline after me stating I wasn't going to be able to meet it while I was working.
