Same happened for me, he just ignored me for 5 days without replying and after waiting for him for a long time he replied like this: "Passed out on PC lol, gonna push over all the changes right now if you don't like new fonts let me know"
I said Okay and he just ignores me for more days.

That's why i don't like paying someone fully... Because sometimes there are kids just want to get the money and waste your time and money.

You're a joke. If anyone is a kid its you - Your site was finished and needed to have final progress moved over however you revoked perms and kept the code which you claimed to have deleted. That actually sucks, sorry for the dispute loss, Ben. You should have won.

I know you don't scam, I believe you just need to improve on customer service (response time etc.)

Above all I prefer to commission someone who is reliable. You do a great job and you did deliver to me a functional and beautiful theme but to have been completely ignored right after the job was done was unfortunate and suggests you have no passion for what you do and are only concerned about making money.

Just something to think about

Im sick of allowing skids to run all over me, Especially when I lower my prices to help them. You not understanding that not everyone has the same work flow and being impatient is not my issue.
