40 PB Minecraft Network ($10,000+) in sales

Just curious on how much a network would be worth!
It's a Skyblock & Survival server.
Avg PB for Skyblock is around 20-30 and avg for survival is around 10-15.
It's been up for around 6-7 months and has gotten $1x,xxx in donations.
This month (7 days) there's been $750 in sales. Last month, $2000

Just looking to see the value based off of those stats, thanks!

I don't think you understand what a "appraisal" is we can not go off what you say alone there has to be screen shot proof statistics etc

Depending on a few other factors…. You would probably be in the range of 3-15k.

Lot goes into an appraisal but basically with minecraft its a profitability scale and potential for change of ownership with continued marketing efforts.

Gamemode content etc means nothing 99% of servers are the exact same… haha you have a special feature that no one cares about and half the developers in the community could remake in a few days…

If the next guy can keep marketing it, keep it afloat easily (the right team), and it has decent margins your in that range. Otherwise the server is pretty much worthless to investors and its just a scraper server where someone buys your discord, someone buys the setup, etc.

Your averaging $1.6k/mo if all is right you can easily get that 3-15k range. I just couldn’t justify spending more than that as I would just pay for the same thing to be made. Every server is copyable not every server is marketable and has a community.

Yes - he could be making 1.6k/mo net - but general server costs are $1,000 for marketing , hosting, whatever staff etc.

Its a massive gap since you don’t have much information and most people would rather pay to do it on their own.

If its a ok deal its worth $3k, if its a stellar deal its worth $15k.
