$400 Budget - Server Advertisement Advice

Hi, so I'm looking for some advice on what to purchase to increase my server population. I understand the use of YouTubers & .org slots. I'm looking for some ideas or recommendations of YouTubers who are good to work with. As well as people who use this Market and might have access to one of the MinecraftServers.org slots. I'm also looking for any other unique ideas that could bring players.

It depends on the type of playerbase you want. You could get videos from ~100k youtubers with that budget. I was offered CreeperFarts for $250 (/user/CreeperFarts). They all have business emails, you just need to make contact with the ones you feel are right for your server.

I've emailed multiple faction YouTubers (including CreeperFarts) and got no response. Oh, and yeah I didn't clarify this in the main post but the server I'm looking to advertise is indeed a faction server so I'm looking for more faction related channels.

In my opinion youtube isn't very good for factions, as they all play the youtuber faction servers (Cosmic, TreasureWars, Saico etc.), you might be better off with a slot.

Yeah, thats what I've been told, and think myself but I can't seem to find the people with slots on MinecraftServers most of the people that contact me have MinecraftMP slots that haven't worked for me in the past.

You could always try contacting the owners of the slots

I highly recommend contacting a youtuber with a decent amount of subscribers. (5k-15k or more) Negotiate with them and offer to pay them to make videos on your server or to make a server trailer of some sorts.

I've tried, but most of the time they don't respond sadly, which is why I'm reaching out to people on Mc-Market.

Go to the advertising section on the Forums, many Youtubers are responding there.

Well some might disagree but this is my opinion.

1. Rent a slot or 2 to gain a decent playerbase
2. Double check the server to make sure configuration is running smooth
3. Hire a big youtuber to get the rest of the playerbase

This is only effective if you do not lowball on the youtubers, such as hiring Vikkstar. Those are what I meant with #3

If you look at my channel I usually get 400 - 700 viewers and sometimes even 1k+ views depending on the video! My average like ratio is 50-100!

I only go for Minecraft server reviews, they will compose of what ever you would like me to say / do.

5 min of video: $15

10 min of video: $25

15+ infinitive min of video : $35

PS PS: Prices may seem expensive, but you will get the bang for your buck. I spend 1 or 2 days studying your server, once I'm ready I being recording, explaining all the info needed, the next step is editing and uploading.
