Hello! I am looking for a dedicated server that can hold 400 players. (Faction Server)

I have some specs of my own, but am looking for assistance from the community.

Use an E3-1271v3, or an i7 4790k w/ 16-32GB of RAM.
Oh and, use an SSD.
And optimize a lot
