~400x600 Mountain Hollow Out

I am trying to find someone that can hollow out a mountain and make it look somewhat cool on the inside (it will be used for a mountain city)

Size is approximately 400x600.

I have more details on a Google slides document.
Not a crazy difficult job for someone who knows their way around World Edit/FAWE.
