Broken record at this point, but I'd encourage you to contact server owners directly. The majority of the server owners you're going to find on this forum are fairly cheap. It'd be worth it to contact some owners, even if that means waiting a few weeks to sell.

Very nice build indeed. Don't let some people distract you with their //copy - //paste nonsense. Offcourse you are allowed to copy and paste on a scale like this. Furthermore, have you seen how much effort it would take to make 1 section to copy and paste? That is more effort than a lot of the builds on here. Not only that, the terrain is also pretty nice, and is not copy and pasted. So is the tree or are the dragons. This build is indeed worth the price, but as already has been shown, it is hard to sell high-valued houses on here. If I knew any server owners that were in need of a hub right now, I'd have messaged you, but sadly I don't know any.

I'm only aiming for around $150-200 now but thankyou for the support
