45x45 Factions base design

As the title says it.

I'm buying a higly detailed 45x45 Factions base. The box starting at y 0, going to the maximum height. Inside
his will be built on any server you want, creative etc. all I want is the end schematic.

Allow me to explain.
Every factions base has fundamentals.
Spawner rooms
Such as
a) Iron golem spawners
b) blaze spawners
c) creeper / enderman spawners
And, chest rooms for storage
-=-
basically for specifics, the Iron golem spawner room MUST be built at y 200 +
as for the other stuff, feel free to move them wherever
after you make these spawners, you can make a design around them, for instance I'm looking for a winter wonderland style of a base like this link right here. Please realize that I obviously don't have the same amount of size as the people do in the video, although, feel free to make it a lot smaller. I'm fine with it



So maintain the wonderland look while keeping the spawners etc;

All purchases that I will be making, is if I find you trustworthy, you have a decent portfolio. I am fine with paying first. Or paying after you have created the build, but have not sent me the schematic file.
