I kind of worded that wrong, Its not based on popularity of the server, its based on your contribution to the server, so if you work for 5 hours straight but do nothing but be afk the whole time you wouldn't get payed next to anything, But if you worked 5 hours straight and did configurations, worked on plugins and were available you would be paid based on that contribution for that 5 hoursHow many hours do you mean by full time? If you are hiring full time you should probably consider paying hourly. I don't think its fair to pay based on how much impact or popularity each plugin has on your server.
I completely agree but there are ways to make sure developers don't waste time. You can use apps like slack to track progress. You won't ever know how much time a certain plugin/feature could take for a developer unless you completely micromanage them. Some might do it faster than others or it may just be a really complex plugin. The question is then what are you willing to pay?I kind of worded that wrong, Its not based on popularity of the server, its based on your contribution to the server, so if you work for 5 hours straight but do nothing but be afk the whole time you wouldn't get payed next to anything, But if you worked 5 hours straight and did configurations, worked on plugins and were available you would be paid based on that contribution for that 5 hours
