Today I'm selling a Factions Spawn/Small hub (Easily transformable)
The build has 1 door for each direction (North, East, West and South)

The builds is exclusive to the buyer, only one copy will be sold.

The build itself, looks extravagant. It looks very aestetic, and it's overall a wonderful build. However, the size of 47x47 is a very small spawn. I think, that the spawn would be better if it was a size such as 100x100. In-conclusion, this build has a lot of detail, for that size, and I think that $5.50 is a reasonable price!
