Hello everyone, I have 48 gb ram VPS for sale.

Specs:

CPU: I7-5820K CPU
Bandwidth: 1 TB
Ram: 48 gb

I'm asking $50 a month for it, but I can drop it down to $48 a month.

Does it come with a panel as I meam when you purchase a VPS of a website do they install a panel for you?

Depends on the hosting company you purchased the VPS from, most have an addon to the billing that allows you to have a panel installed along side your VPS.

Does it allow you to create minecraft servers?

A VPS is hosted on a dedicated server. Often times you can't create a VPS on a VPS which is a downside. Depending on the kernel and operating system of the dedicated server, it can impact the VPS such as the kernel, docker or no docker. VPSes often times don't come with a panel like Multicraft, but instead one for managing the VPS itself like starting, reboot, etc such as SolusVM. If it doesn't come with SSH, it's not a VPS basically. With a VPS, you can install almost anything. Excluding things depending on the hypervisor and the virtualization itself.
