4hrs - Professional Management​

Hello, I’m Lee., you may also know me as 4hrs. I’m fifteen years old. I’ve been playing Minecraft for about four years. I’ve recently got into management work for growing community. I’ve got staffing experience from numerous servers and some management experience from a couple which I’ll list below.

Some of the servers I've worked at has given me a lot of experience in moderation/administration and has been quite useful for me. I recently got into management which then again I started to look at my managers who I worked for and see what they do and how I can take some advice from them.

Experience -​

SkittleMC. SkittleMC was a fast growing community with some big YouTubers. I was a trainee on SkittleMC for about 5 months then I retired.

SkyCrush. SkyCrush was a small server when I joined, the staff was professional at first, the management was professional but after a small, while it changed so I retired.

CloudedMC. CloudedMC was owned by Landon and Cal two great people who are also known around MC-M. The staff manager, YourPanda, helped me increase my management on showing me how specific features can be done.

Kastia. Kastia was a huge and popular community back in the days. Kastia is in new ownership called Jake and Rep who have been trying their best to get it back up. I'm a Community Manager on Kastia.

Sol. Sol is a business that gives opportunities to people with abilities on their selections, I recently got accepted as a Staff & Management specialist.

What I do -​

I will mostly be doing Staff Management or Community Management work. These types of management I've got more experience in.

Staff Management is about the organization to me, you need the organization to keep the staff organized, it's logical, but it's not just that they need to be organized they need to present themselves and the server with a good repetition.

Community Manager holds great potential to it, it connects with the community itself, you can help, support, and entertain the community with the authority you have. Events can be hosted by the community decision. I can support the community if they have trouble with the store or forums.

Price - {FREE)​

These prices will be fairly cheap, with the experience I've got I don't expect to get the amount of money other managers can gain.

Weekly - $10
Monthly - $25

In American $7.25 hourly, I'm working more than just 1 hour round that up to $7 and 2 weeks it'll be $14, which again this management is cheap.

3 hours - 7.25 + 7.25 + 7.25 = $21.75 (This is not exact for my AGE)
5 days of 3 hours - $21.75 * 5 = $108.75 (This is not exact for my AGE)
And I only do $10 weekly or $25 monthly.

I know my REP is 0, I know I just joined but my other account, xMango_o has some vouches and REP.

Any advice on how to improve will be greatly appreciated and will be improved.

Devouch, This manager had problems with Arctic were he promoted a staff manager that was non-experienced and had problems. The staff manager promoted wrong people and actually promoted guys that copied their application. -1

I promoted MehEmoji to staff manager which had some experience, which I would rather have than no experience. I may remind you, you left because you could not be that staff manager. I promoted the person who you THOUGHT copies, but then later on proven that someone plagiarised his application.

So please, before you come on here and trash my thread and my management work, bring evidence.

Don't take it the wrong way when I decide my management team.
