The shirt is some form of "Philadelphia eagles" shirt, after a wide google search, nothing looking like that came up. Most likely not sold anymore or something similar.

The shirt was brought from a vintage shop years ago, it got lost during the time both me and my girlfriend were moving house. I want to buy it again.

The shirt can't be found on googles, I went to a lot of online shops. And, my friend and I think that the shirt is one-of-a kind, and was made by a fan, and is not sold by the Philadelphia Eagles Merch Shop or the NFL shop, or any-online vintage sellers.

I couldn’t find that one but I found one that is similar but in black & white. Sorry

Searched for about an hour, no luck. Seeing that the shirt design you show uses different fonts than the team uses on anything officially I think it was probably made by an individual or possibly done at a sports shop or tourist shop where they do tshirt press/steam on designs upon request.
