big tip for selling a build, especially terrain: don't take night-time pictures.
apart from that, was this made with Worldpainter or something else? Also, proof of ownership.

ouch, that removes that possibility.
Still, it should be fine. This style of terrain is pretty unique, so I dont think many people will doubt it.

if it's that large, it'll be worth quite a bit more than that even if it's just "ok", but the price is always up to you, and a first quick sale is a good way to prove you're a legitimate seller.
