Well where I live at night-time, the sky always (appears to have lightning at certain areas) and makes no sound, father calls heat-lightning, and currently I hear thunderstorms and yet the sky has 0 clouds and no storm or rain or anything, at 1:45 P.M. Any ideas? (Florida)

Smites hundreds of lightning-bolts at the same time and only players that are radius of 4 from the lightning can hear it / see it

I cracked the case for that special thing

The only thing this seems good for is charging creepers a lot or torturing players/staff who did something wrong in sound/sight while not disturbing the others around it.
Another Thing: This does not have the Thou has been smitten. or etc on it, a silent-smite but the sender of command gets "&bHey %player%, you smited %victim%,!"
