Hey,

basically, my stuff looks fantastic when it comes out of Media Encoder. (Currently, I go from After Effects > Media Encoder).

But when uploaded to YouTube, it looks like complete garbage. Terrible pixelation, everything.
Here's an example of the video on my computer: http://prntscr.com/ol9zhx
Here's an example of the video on YouTube (vp09 codec, 1440p): http://prntscr.com/ol9zkm

Here are my current render settings (Media Encoder):
http://prntscr.com/ol9yc2
H.264, VBR 1 Pass 16 Target Bitrate, 16 Maximum Bitrate
24 FPS
Progessive
Square Pixels
Profile: High
Level: 4.2

I used to not have this problem 7-8 months ago, I don't know what I did

Example of the trailer. 1440p, vp09 codec.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

A possible issue may be that you are a homosexual. If you convert the media encoder might reconsider your values and thereby permit you to export your footage in the fully-fledged form.
