Hello, I am looking for someone to develop what I suspect will be a pretty easy plugin to make.

What I want is a configurable message to be sent in chat when someone reaches a certain level in any skill with the McMMO plugin.

I realise that I am new to this website, and that my reputation is low, but fawny can vouch for me atleast.
