5 Virtual Assistants for Web Development Company

I'm currently looking for 5 Virtual Assistants

1. The candidates should be tech savvy with at least 2 years of experience using the Internet Browser known as Google Chrome.
2. The job consists of searching up businesses in a local region on Google Maps, finding company emails, and sending them an email using my Email Template for bidding.
3. You must also make outbound calls to the businesses that you email. There will be a script provided for introducing yourself and explaining what we do.
4. My job is Front-End Web Development, and that is the service I offer these businesses.
5. The pay is commission based at 20% of total sale amount.

Currently averaging 3 - 7 page websites, at $85/pg. This will be changing to $100/pg soon.

At one sale a week, you would make $85 a week.

You must work 2 hours a day 5 days a week.

Quota will change to 2 sales after 45 days of being hired

Will you be providing a minimum salary? Just paying based on commissions doesn't work too well.

Doing that makes it easy for anyone to just not work and collect the minimum salary. Maybe after 2 months I would be willing to do a minimum salary if I added a system to make Virtual Assistants Clock in for 2 hours a day to prove they're working.
