Do as it says. They want to confirm your identity. Easiest way to do so is via ID, but make sure you put some text over it just in case.

If the information doesn’t match, you are still able to change it to the correct info via profile settings with your actual name, address, etc and then confirm a day after with the appropriate documentation

You don’t have a bank account or any photo id? Photo id can be passport driver’s license etc

just purchase a prepaid card with like 5 dollars in it and link it as a card. worked for me.

You can actually get the money transferred over, as long as you can prove in some other way that you own the account. Happened to me
