Yeah. I have been with some hosts from mcm before without many issues before. But at the end of the day it's all about the rep of the site/user posting etc.

The second server is a little over your budget, but the processor is better for Minecraft due to its higher single-threaded performance (I'm assuming you're using this machine to host servers).
