Ok, I have been creating servers for some time now, I am able to write java plugins for spigot and am fine with the server side of making a server my problem is building!!!! I can not build... Not at all... That is why I am offering a 50%-50% share with someone who wants to team up with me and make a server, must be able to speak on Skype, work productively, and well... BUILD WELL!!!!
What I will offer you:
A 50%-50% split of all profits earned by the server (e.g. if we made $277 in one week I would take the money that we spent that week such as server costs etc. lets say ($45) so remains we would have a remaining $232 of which we would split in 2 each receiving $116)
I am able to code custom plugins.
I am fine with configs, permissions, setting up websites, donations (I will take care of all of that)
I will pay for the server while building so you will not loose any money (once we start racking in donations we will start paying for the server out of that budget)
What I need from you:
You must be able to BUILD WELL!!!! I will require you to show some screenshots of your work in Skype, also when it comes to it if you can't produce good builds then that will just not cut it!
I need you to be a team player! You are a managing partner of this operation so to speak we both have a 50-50 say of what happens to the server!
Again: Be able to speak on Skype and be able to devote some time to this!

Be mature, I am sorry I don't want to put an age limit on this because I am sure people will lie but again you are a owner of the server and I can't be doing with leading this all by myself, this brings me on to my next point...
Being driven, I am not the one who will do all the work! And it will not be my job to tell you to build!
All of this being said I believe this to be a great opportunity for an outstanding partnership.
