if you have a server with art and a domain i'll take it but i'm not paying extra (just saying!)

It's not that, it's just that you're wanting exclusive builds (which can be quite costly), a few hundred member Discord server, and a full Factions setup. You may as well do it yourself if you think that someone will sell you one for $50.

No Hate! with 50$ you can't even buy all the exclusive builds (e.g. Spawn/warps/pvp arena/koths etc) it won't be enough to get a fully custom mc server with exclusive builds...

Think of it this way... you're asking for things that would take people several hours and even days of work to do/make and you're only willing to pay $50. I make over $50 a day with a part time job. I doubt anyone here is trying to be hurtful, but your budget really is too low. Even so, I wish you luck.
