SpawnerRankup is a plugin very similar to TheArchon's Spawner rankup system. If you haven't played on TheArchon, this plugin is where you can only buy the spawner from the sign if you are the level that is chosen. For example, from the image, you can only buy a Spider spawner if you are level 2+, and anyone can buy a Pig spawner.
Update 4/28/16: You can now enable/disable mining and placing of all spawners according to your Spawner level

Vouch! Awesome plugin. Definitely going to use this on my server.

Personally will vouch, didn't get to test it too deeply but overall it works like a charm. I'd give it a 92%. It works really good if you want to give players a challenge. I would recommend it for factions.

any way i could test this out also say if i was like level 2 and i found a blaze spawner in the nether would it let me mine the spawner or not and say if i got a spawner from a crate ket but it was like a level 6 spawner and i was level 5 would it let me place it

Your level is for buying spawners from the sign.

I would buy it instantly if it would require a certain level to break and place spawners. Atleast if it would have such a feature.
