I'm tired of random people that are brand new with 0 ratings and 1 post saying Bin! or bid 500 when the bin is 200 lets put a end to this making sure every person who posts in the account section is dedicated!

So this would mean that said random people start posting their low quality content in all the other sections of the forums to rake up posts.
A much better solution would be to create a rule or warning for making joking bids. It's not quite worth the 5 points for the 'excessive trolling' warning, but it's definitely worth something.
