Kind of but I did purchase resell rights and I am just a beginner developer so I have to start off from somewhere. I am considering making a custom hub core for my lobby setup but it'll take time as I'm still learning. Not sure why you have to trash someone's thread.

Alrighty, I kinda see what you mean but I'm starting out small then going to move to other stuff like making simple hub cores etc. But for this Tablist plugin i'll be adding other customizations and possibly hcf support.

Does the plugin require a 1.7 based spigot?

Not you can run it on any spigot version from 1.7 to 1.14 but you do need ProtocolLib for your spigot version as it depends on that.
