Hi so i have recently been scammed and i have got my money back for it but i got scammed and he quit half way threw development and i was wondering if someone could come on and see what needs working on thanks

Apparently, he is claiming he got scammed by me. All we did was chat for a bit regarding how his server should go about, and he proposed a offer of $5 for a decent amount of work. And he never paid anything, and I declined it anyways.
