$500,000 - Buying large MC server

Hi,

Me and my partner, Daniel Wood, are looking to purchase a fairly large Minecraft server. Our budget can go up to $500,000 (USD), although I am fairly sure there aren't many server owners who has a server that large on McM.
Obviously if you're server makes $10,000 a month we won't be spending $500k on the purchase so please don't try to play smart with us - offer us a price and we will negotiate from there.

Requirements:
Makes at least ~$10,000/per month.
Isn't going 'down' - playerbase is steady or on rise, and the same with donations.
Community wouldn't mind a change of management too much.

We have no interest in deleting old servers, just adding new ones - of course resets on Factions etc. will be done as per usual but Creative worlds etc. would stay.

Why don't you just buy a share into MinePlex like all the other people who have alot of money?
Did you know MinePlex makes over $20,000 a day... And to all the noobs here that think its bs... Then just don't reply to this lol... The people who do know what i'm talking about will know... Anyways.. To say you have $500K makes you look really dumb... All you need to say is that you have a big budget blah blah blah.... Lol...

They probably wouldn't accept it, even if they bought a share for 500k Mineplex probably wouldn't accept because they make that monthly. And if you think about it they'd make more having less people who own shares :/
