$500,000 - Buying large MC server

Hi,

Me and my partner, Daniel Wood, are looking to purchase a fairly large Minecraft server. Our budget can go up to $500,000 (USD), although I am fairly sure there aren't many server owners who has a server that large on McM.
Obviously if you're server makes $10,000 a month we won't be spending $500k on the purchase so please don't try to play smart with us - offer us a price and we will negotiate from there.

Requirements:
Makes at least ~$10,000/per month.
Isn't going 'down' - playerbase is steady or on rise, and the same with donations.
Community wouldn't mind a change of management too much.

We have no interest in deleting old servers, just adding new ones - of course resets on Factions etc. will be done as per usual but Creative worlds etc. would stay.

I'm not releasing the IP / name for the following reason;

1. I get targeted and threatened of DDOS threats and would rather not put my business and corporation in risk.

2. I'm an asshole most of the time, which will make #1 worst.

3. I own the server under a different alias and would not want that alias to be ruined.

I could go on and on, but I'm going out to dinner with family. If you really wanted to you could search around more and find out. If you'd like to know more I'd be happy to explain it when I get back.

Even if you had an immaculate credit score, there is no way in hell a lendor is going to invest 500k in your dreams of owning a big server. Lendors tend to base private loans/business loans off of something called protective equity. A minecraft server has none. Any real lendor would laugh at you when you say you want a 500k loan for a game server. I am almost positive you don't have 500k sitting around in some offshore account either because if you had that type of money at hand, you wouldn't have wasted the time to write a thread on these forums. Also if you had that type of money, you would be thinking of a more responsible way to invest it.

My only question is this:

Do your parents have a 500k life insurance policy?

I said it was a joke but I have been reading some of your comments, and you seem commited, maybe get in contact with big server owners like Hypixel, Mineplex, MCCentral, just find big servers and see if they have friends that are willing to sell their servers, maybe Hypixel has a good mate that is willing to sell a big server, you never know, MC-Gamer etc.

One question, are you from MCGamer, like were you staff there because I swear I remember you from there or another big server.
