A decent one if you are planning about it being big, you would need a dedicated server for sure. Not sure about the specs but I imagine you would need to pay monthly. What you also got to think about is advertising and getting players on there!

I would recommend either an E5-16XXv2/v3/v4, an E3-12XXv3/v5/v6, or an i7-4790k/i7-6700k/i7-7700k. Any other processor won't have sufficient single-threaded performance for your needs.
