I don't have a server I can sell but, I can sell you a service of setting it up, getting the right plugins, hiring the right staff, get the right coders. Finding artists and getting the best place to run ads on.

I don't think that is worth $500-5k.
He is looking for an established server that he can take over and manage without all the hassle of setting up because it is time consuming and boring.
