I currently have 500+ invites to the MCC Island beta (https://mccisland.net/), which would be worth 7.5k if you were to buy them from the store. I do not have time nor the experience to sell them, however I can confirm there is a pretty decent demand. Also I can give you a semi-established Discord server with some vouches to make it a bit easier for you to start. I am not expecting a lot of money from this and am willing to negotiate.
