500+ network is hiring a server adminstrator (hourly pay)

Who we are

A YouTuber owned server with 500+ players that has been around for 3-4 years. The server has multiple gamemodes and needs active management.


Payment

We will pay you an hourly rate between 10 and 14 dollars depending on the experience you bring. You will be expected to work 12-18 hours a week and receive the payments for the previous working month. The hourly rate can increase if you demonstrate being reliable, efficient and consistent.


What we want of you

- Work on general server issues and fix gameplay bugs in a timely manner
- Experience with centos and optimizing the backend systems
- Have good experience with configurations and plugin setups.
- Some experience with bungeecord setup (experience of bungee + Redis server would be preferred)
- Great at keeping things organized
- Great at optimizing server setups and minimizing server sided lag
- Willing to attend calls with management once in a while
- Work 2-3 hours a day, six days a week (12H/18H a week)
- Able to work focused without any distraction in the logged hours. (music is allowed)
- Be okay with having a time tracking software logging the hourly activity to ensure focused server work with no distractions or procrastination.
- Keep the community updated with notable updates/features or major improvements

I'd apply, used to Manage some big networks and currently work for a hosting company, but due us needing to sign an NDA (I am assuming that's what you mean), I cannot do so as 1. Not of age and 2. Parents don't usually sign anything (Unless it's from a real business)
