[$500 USD] LF developer to make large gun plugin in 4-6 weeks

Hello everyone!

I'm looking to hire a developer to make a configurable gun plugin for a Minecraft halo server. Me and a bunch of awesome people have been working on maps, textures, custom armor and 3d models like the mauler from Halo 3 --> https://i.imgur.com/1xUpARw.jpg

Requirments:
- show progress of the plugin every 3-4 days, voice call preferred
- 4-6 weeks completion time
- 17 or older
- produce efficient code
- give source code
- experienced halo player (just kidding but kinda not)
- someone from the western hemisphere is preferred, usd/euro conversion rate at around 78%
- please read the text documents below, one details what features im looking for and the other shows how id like each one to be configurable

Payment:
$50 Usd after some verifiable work is done -> another 150 at halfway and the rest of the 200 when the plugin is complete.
