50x50 Medievil spawn For a HCF (Cannot take premade builds)

To be built in this space on my server. (Cannot take premade as I have already made all the roads on the server

I would like it to have medieval farm houses.
I would also Like it to have a shop area in one of the houses (preferably a barn)
I would like it to have a pen (To put pig/cow spawners in)
Also for it to have a symmetrical spawn point that looks nice.
