50x50 Plot Spawn - Looking for builder - Paid

Hey all,

Looking to have a spawn built for a 50x50 plot. Some notes about what I would like:

- 4 entrance (n,s,e,w)
- Nothing too busy/cluttered
- Main structure can be smaller than 50x50, but would ask for remaining area to be landscaped
- Roofed structure (not open top)

Short of that, I'll leave it up to the builder.

Budget: Up to $20 depending on portfolio/credentials.

Hoping to meet a reliable builder for several future builds to come.
