Pictures here. [Edit: Shaders pictures here]

This map was for a client who decided he didnt want the map. I'm going to try to salvage my work by selling it here.

This map is 100% survival ready. It contains vanilla ores, mobs, and resources. It is based on the planet Takodana from Star Wars, and was made for the client's factions server.

Because this is a PVP map, there is not tall grass everywhere. There are patches of tall grass, easily avoidable for PVP.

The map is surrounded by mountains at the borders. The mountains do not have trees on them. The mountains are not designed to make the map inescapable, but rather to frame in the map when in a WorldBorder.

The stone mix is quite interesting, see the first pic in the album. There is a void border of 1024 blocks surrounding the entire map.

Starting price: $30

Please contact me on Skype as ajthemacboy for more information.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Damn, always ask the client for a downpayment before starting anything ;-; I hope you will be able to sell it though
Thanks, I feel the need to do so now more than ever.

I've occasionally had this happen to me as well, yet I rarely ask for down-payment because my performance is so unreliable, due to some bloody annoying health issues. If you can preform reliably though, its good advice. I'd advice something between 10 and 25% myself.

Sorry to hear about your health issues :( <3

I've met some builders who have clients sign 10 page long contracts before building, I may look into those.

This was for me, however the OP has twisted the story quite a bit. After speaking with him over Skype, I was told he spent 4 hours making and finishing the map with 2 additional hours to render. 4 + 2 = 6, not 8 as he claims.

On top of that, I requested the map with a forest, a lake and mountains as the border. I then asked him to make a smooth part afterwards before payment after he asked me if I wanted any changes. I stated I needed some trees removed and a chunk of land against the lake flattened. I explained to him before my computer went through heavy issues (video card and CPU problems) I used to make terrain myself and knew it wasn't hard.

Afterwards, he responds saying he won't do it and would like an additional payment on top of the $40 we agreed upon even after asking what changes I'd like. Never once did I ask him to export the map before making changes as WorldPainter has a 3D viewing feature which would suffice. I explained I wasn't paying extra for something that wouldn't take more than a few minutes. He explained he didn't want to export it again even after I never gave the all clear in the first place.

I told him unles he could flatten it I wouldn't be paying where he followed up and said if I want something I can go do it myself and that it wasn't "his job". Last I checked, he's making the world, it should be his job to flatten something out after being asked.

Please, don't exaggerate to make me look like a bad guy here when you refused to accept the changes I requested after you prompted them.

Are you saying AJTheMacBoy = OP? Not sure who "the OP" is...

I apologize for making you sound rude or bad. This isn't the place for an argument, however, so I won't do that here. Either way, the map is high quality, for sale, and complete.

Edit: removed negative parts from post.
