512GB RAM Server.

I was looking to own a 512GB Ram server and have colocation for it in the U.S. My budget is MAX $3000 for the server itself and colo. I saw some on eBay but I thought I could get a better deal on here.

Must haves:
Colocation (US)
A beefy CPU
TBs of SSD Storeage
The server must work (obviously xd)

If you have any suggestions let me know. Please do not trash the thread.

Well, I am going to be hosting Minecraft servers and doing web hosting.

4 x 128GB would be most cost effective, you can also split the load in the event they crash.
