You're company seems to be located in US while the other host is located in the UK.
I went in live chat. They was answering fine until I asked them if they own any other company's seems a bit fishy.

And why if that was your company wouldn't you use the high res version of that logo on you're site. It makes no sense.

secondly, they have the same layout design, not the same information, YES some of the icons are the same, but they have not gone and copied their logo, recoloured it in paint, and claimed it as their own. Also, you presented a gyazo of the tabs, How do you not know that this is the logo for the company that built the website? They also do not have their website the exact same as the zytohost.
