-1 DNDW, ArcticTroxx backdoored NebrisCraft on Map 1 release and stole the plugins. Vysteria stole all of NebrisCraft plugins, used them and said they were their own. They even stole our spawn to use the mine and blocked off the top so you can’t tell.

to add to the previous reply, there are NO builds that were identical to NebrisCraft.

Those plugins that were on Nebris have been completely recoded and are no longer "yours". This being said, you cannot claim the concepts to be yours either. Skyblock has been around for years, upgradable spawners and a farming tier system is nothing new.

About the builds, the only build that was copied from Nebris was the mine. However you have not shown a comparison of yours to ours. We massively edited the mine and blocked off any way to get out of the mine and into what was your server spawn. Essentially you are arguing about a hole in the floor with entirely new sections of the mine. FURTHERMORE, we have completely re-built a brand new mine, without ANY similarities to yours.

In terms of what happened between our old general manager and using NebrisCraft's plugins for Vysteria; trying to pin that on the owner and other server management is ridiculous - you know as soon as we found out we put the server down, re-coded everything, fired that manager and then proceeded to apologise. Slate making that "exposing" video was childish and has done nothing but make him look like an idiot. Furthermore, isn't there a very recent video of Slates ex-video editor proving that Nebris also used server plugins from another server?

Vysteria has had 2 previous successful maps prior to all of these issues, and that should not be ignored.
