You are wanting a 5k by 5k flat nether within 4-5 hours and you said you'll pay, but not a lot. The funny part is that you want it 5k by 5k and you won't be paying a lot but you want it done within hours. Just my opinion on the thread/title.

there's a thing with clearnroomgenerator which you're able to generate a nether/end world. It just doesn't work for me but many people use it, and it doesn't take more than 20 minutes. Also, you don't know how much is my "not a lot". I could be implying $100 or $10 so at least ask before assuming.
