5x5 Chunk Factions Base

I'm looking just for the 80x80x120 to have a beautiful faction home, themed around wealth. (bright, full of quartz, diamond, gold, ect.) I'd like to find some way to incorporate my double helix design in it, and if a builder may even find room for improvement on it, please do so.

I'm looking for the following to be features of this build:

1. A larger spot dedicated to fishing.
2. A general storage/item dump area.
3. A room dedicated to mass amounts of organized item storage (gunpowder, TNT, Potions of each kind, ect.)
4. A room dedicated to manual potion brewing. (100+ Brewing Stands) with storage chests
5. A room dedicated to smelting ( 75-ish furnaces) with storage chests
6. A bar/dance club (Yes, dance poles and all)
7. A room to set wolf spawners for taming wolves.
8. The spawn point (faction teleport to /f home) to be on a throne, with access to all of these bullet points.

Here's the double helix design I'm wanting to have incorporated into the build. Again, please improve upon it if you see room for improvement.
