64GB Dedicated server

I'm currently looking for a 48-64gb ram dedicated server for a maximum budget of $70 a month and is located in Europe or US east coast, please do not recommend ovh or there sister companys because I currently ordered a server from them and require to show proof for the following things:
- a proof of address (bank statement, utility bill dated in the last 3 months showing your name),
- a copy of your ID (passport, national ID, driving licence or birth certificate) IMPORTANT: Please also write down your 'NIC HANDLE' or 'ORDER NUMBER' on a piece of paper and place it next to the document so that both are visible in the photograph/scan,
- a copy of the payment card used revealing the first six and the last four digits,
- a copy of the payment card holder's ID

They did for me when I made my first order with them. Might be selective.

Also I like how you accuse me of being wrong before even looking into whether it's true or not, because if you have a Google around, you'll see plenty people who have had to use their passport/ID to buy from Hetzner.

Most of these details are from 2012-2014..

I'm owner of 5 Hetzner Servers and never had to pass any verification.

This is what I found:

"If you're in the UK, then no ID verification is needed. Hetzner only requires ID of non-EU residents on their first order so they can verify that the customer is exempt from VAT."

Granted, but you accused my statement of being false as if they have never asked for identification, and as if they still don't.

OP mentioned the dollar currency in their post so I can only assume they are from USA (their profile doesn't say) so it's likely that they will get flagged for verification.

No biggie really - I just didn't like how quick you were to accuse me of being completely wrong.
