Hey! I'm Kryiin, formerly known as Xeno, the owner of the Mobius Build Team. I'm now assistant director of Astrium (https://twitter.com/AstriumBT) a large build team consisting of a group of prestigious builders handpicked for their skills.

Today, I'm selling a small high quality prison mine with dimensions of 65x65.
It has the classic medieval palette of stone brick and spruce wood with heavily detailed walls and a nice and plain floor, available for you to customize for your own liking.
The actual mine inside is 39x39, but can be changed and customized to whatever suits your needs.

My condition for all of my products are that the client pays the total amount first and I send the schematic file over Skype. If there are any problems, they may contact me for within 2 weeks.

For commissions, the client pays an upfront payment of 50% after seeing a few progression pictures of the build. When it is finished, they pay the rest of the total amount and I send over the schematic file over Skype.
